Hazem Allam
Co founder
Hazem grew up working in restaurants and has over 16 years of experience in restaurant catering industry.
Hazem cooking style led him in early age to become the executive chef for top of the signatures Mediterranean restaurants in CA and overseas where he realized his passion for food designs and developed his own unique and fun serving style.
